Oh my god, what a nightmare. If I were you I'd seek legal advice to get out of this situations ASAP. Some people just have no qualms screwing others over. How could you bring 12&nbsp;(12?!!?!??!) people to live in an apartment where you have 2 other roommates. This sounds completely ridiculous. Either there's another side to the story we're not hearing or you just need to leave the bad situation.
