Actually, the answer might be contained in the story itself. SHE got the title when it turned out the first winner was actually married. It also said that she was planning to marry a Polish man she met in England. Maybe she got married and wants to keep the title? And doesn't really like her parents all that much?

no sheepys in my basement....ban me from a chat room!i recently recorded old shows with and cut them up so its only eastide for like 3 hrs.Yea hes been listening to that for a while.that and were going to have a tom cruse marathon.  and every few mins im going to turn to him and remind him that hes fin katie holms.  Were making pop corn if anyone wants to come over.

Many people who become rich and/or famous in Brazil try to leave quickly, or be forced to live with 24 hour security for both them and their families. Crime is awful, and there have been mafia gangs who's entire business is kidnapping people, usually relatives of rich people who they hold for ransom. A very famous case involved the country's biggest soccer star Robinho's mother. You could tell your Mom, though.
