When I was younger I used to have an over active imagination. I thought that had some type of magical ability. It wasn't so much magic as it was a good charma type luck thing.I believed I could predict the future and will things to happen for me. Now looking back on it I was a ass. Did you ever think you had superpowers?

I could swear that I had the power to float along the ground for a good 50 feet or so if I ran fast enough and lept in the air. I couldnt "fly", but could easily drift across a street without my feet touching the ground. Then, somewhere around puberty, I lost it and never got it back. It makes me sad.

I always thought that if I could concentrate hard enough I'd be able to bring the TV remote to me from across the room. I used to concentrate so hard with no results so I eventually just gave up and went and got the thing.

Not really a superpower, but in the first grade another kid told me he had a ray gun that could blow up the world. I freaked out and had to be sent home. I never told anyone what my problem was because I didn't want to get the kid in trouble. Everybody just assumed it was because my parents fought a lot.

I always wanted to be able to read people's thoughts - not actively - just passively, and finish their sentences before they did.

I was such a gothgirl spaz when I was 15 I could make my heart beat faster by thinking about Robert Smith. I would show the other unhappy po-faced girls at the heartrate tester at Subway.

Now I can only do it by thinking about Sheepy.

I'd sometimes have to wave my arms or take a few step while still in the air, but I still didn't think of it as "flying". To tell the truth, I still have the dreams from time to time.
