i just want a league where everyone pays attention all year.  doesn't mean you have to trade, just put a guy on the DL when he is eligible and actually put a player in that slot that plays.

i'm in...I was in two R+F net leagues last year...forget how I did.I was the Billy Staples Drunks and the Ron Fez Bombers or something like that.   We are probably going to need two leagues this week too. For the site service, I've used EVERY service out there paid / free and Yahoo free is the best thing going, so that would be my vote (if i have one.)

bad memories...that really was the worst fantasy baseball team i've ever had.  despite being the one to suggest going from BA to OBP I just couldn't get mine up.  i was in the bottom 3 for alot of the year, so was happy to come in 6th.  i have worked extra hard(or ignoring my real job) studying, so i will be back in top 3 this year.

I'm in again!I prefer roto, but would do h2h if need be.  As long as it's not that awful point style someone put together last year. 2,000,000 points or something ridiculous like that was the winner.  And for h2h, categories should be limited to 5x5.  One of the leagues was like 7x8 last year and it was out of hand.Can't wait!

I will make sure we have a league tommorow and everyone can join. then we can all throw in some suggestions on how we want the league to run in terms of categories and whatever. the one thing for sure is the draft is going to be very close to opening day in order to make sure no one gets stuck with hurt or inactive players

Count me in if there's room.I do two rediculously serious leagues (110.00) on Yahoo, so I'd definitely be into it for the season. However, anything more than 12 or 14 teams get very watered down if you're doing head-to-head competition.I'd love to be involved though.

I was in a 16 team league for a while and by the 10th round of the draft we were picking guys like Jose Oquendo and Pat Meares. I think 12-14 teams max would be better. As far as scoring. We usually go with HR, RBI, SLG Pct, OB Pct, SB, AVG, HITS, RUNS and for pitching we usually have Wins, Saves, Ks, ERA, WHIP, IP, CG, SHO.  8 pitching and 8 hitting categories. Head-to-Head. 16 points on the line each week.Just my two cents.

Crap!!!!! I missed it. I still ended up with a lot of my Braves so it's cool. I'm really digging the NL only format. Should be fun.

Despite comin in a few picks too late, I was generally happy with what the comp picked for me, and then they players i was able to pick. Was this only NL players?? I did not know you could do that.

I did not know you could do that. yeh it was nl onlywe only had 6 teams, a 7th joined right before the draftwith only six teams at the time we thought it would be more interesting to have nl only instead all of mlb and everyone has an all star lineup

Just finished my draft...it's a 12 team keeper league. You can keep up to 5 players and they can be kept with the corresponding round they were drafted in, and up to a limit of three years.
