<p>We all know not to talk about drug shit on a cell phone, well now you can't talk near your phone. The FBI has technology that even while your phone is off, they can listen to conversations&nbsp;you have. But realistically, this is still subject to the requirements of the wiretapping provisions which are fairly stringent (i.e. you have to make a pretty valid showing of a lot of evidence in order to get a judge to issue a warrant allowing law enforcement authorities to do this.) If you're Joe Druguser, don't worry about it. If you're a member of the Genovese Crime family (which according to the article is how this came to light) or if you're a member of Al Qaeda - then maybe you need to start worrying about it. </p><p>&nbsp;</p>

I don't really have to worry too much about the Feds listening in on me since I'm not a terrorist and I quit the blow 8 months ago.
