my nexus hates me

<p>everyday i set my xm nexus reciever to record rnf at noon and everyday i come home from work and try to catch as much as i can before free fm.&nbsp; today my radio failed to record.&nbsp; it is set to record, it records everyday and i canged nothing.&nbsp; i deleted enough to have plenty of space.&nbsp; i just need to bitch about this a little.</p><p>further evidence to support that rnf need their own xm channel so they can replay more often.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

I also have problems recording with my nexus because it never wants to keep to correct time.&nbsp; It keeps jumping back an hour like its changing time zones or something.

i dunno, i used to have a roadie in my car and i got this portable radio from samsung before christmas.&nbsp; it holds mp3s too it is pretty cool and hasn't failed till today.&nbsp; it has to be docked into its homebase to recieve live xm, but you can record it and take it with.&nbsp; i tried a test and taped aco&nbsp; couple min of o and a just now an it worked fine.&nbsp; it just hate me now when i am not here to watch it :(

Mine has been recording fine. As for the time, have you tried disabling the auto Daylight Saving function? When I first got mine, it was set to auto, but it had the time wrong.

Not sure how long battery life is, but it takes more juice to listen to live content. I know the Inno had a battery drain issued, but it was resolved in a firmware update.

My Nexus didn't record the show today. It's rare, but it has happened before. When it does, I just set it to record the midnight replay. Well... I did that again tonight, and I just checked. It still didn't start recording!!!:wallbash:

I started the recording manually, so I guess I'll still get the show. Why the fuck is this happening all of the sudden? The radio is only a couple months old.

the wierd messages went away and what i have recorded is ok, but the messages were strange and it was totally locked up for quite a long while.

Dammit!!! Skipped the recording today, again. So I was just setting it up to record the replay. I wasn't sure if it counts 12am as being today or tomorrow, so I set it for today. It said the desired time had expired. OK. No problem. I'll set it for 11:59pm. Again. Time has expired. So... I decide to set it to record at 12am and, instead of choosing "today", I'll choose 10/1/2008. When I try that, it says that tomorrow is 9/29/2005!!!

I'm getting fed up with the crap this damn Nexus does. On Wednesday's recording of the show, it shows the first segment being about 62 minutes, but when I try to listen to it, it's 62 minutes of total silence. The rest of the show is fine, but that first hour is totally silent. What the fuck?

I am so fed up with my Nexus!!! I have two units with one passport. I rarely use one of them, but I did this week because I wanted to take one with me on a trip and record at home with the other. Every so often, if I change the regular daily recording schedule, it doesn't record the first couple of times (for instance, when I changed it from 12-3 to 11-3. I came home from my trip expecting to see Thursday's and Friday's show, and... NOTHING! I'm so pissed!!! It says it's scheduled to record every day from 11-3, but it just didn't do it. DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT!!!!:wallbash::furious:
