<p>His case is the reason the law was changed.&nbsp; For him to still be sitting behing bars is absurd.</p><p>I think he was made and example of.&nbsp; The prosecuting attorney is quoted in similar articles saying he could have &quot;teken his medicine&quot; by accepting a plea that would have labled him as a sex offender.</p><p>For this same thing to&nbsp;occur one in one state is crazy, but to happen twice in only a few years is ridiculous.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;</p>
