Why is someone named after a type of liquor allowed to drive?

I say they punish her her like they punished Matthew Broderick for doing the same thing and force her to marry a farm animal.

This sucks. It might interfere with her filming a new season of America's Got Talent.

Rebecca Gayheart was the one who killed someone. Halle Berry was in a hit-and-run, or something.

It appears that the car that broadsided the toyota is the actual "killing" vehicle, although Brandy did start the chain of events. I'm trying to figure out, if Brandy was braking, even if she hit a slower (but not stopped vehicle), what caused the car to go into another lane, hit the divider, and then get hit again.

Were they behind her to begin with? If so, there's no reason to have to swerve.
