Seems like every week the guy is opening his forehead up. Does he do it too often?

If juice means appears on TV then the answer is yes. I loved Shawn Michaels when he was around here and there. To make him the focal point of major storylines is too much. Push new talent.

when his forehead looks like dusty's

Or Abdullah the Butcher's. Legend has it when he would go to casinos he would store some of his chips in his forehead scars to freak out the other players at the tables. I think that was in one of Foley's books maybe. It may not have been Abdullah ... it may not have been chips ... it may not have been Foley's book ... in fact, I may have fabricated the entire thing.

i think we should have an ultimate blood match at wrestlemania

flair vs hbk

whoever bleeds the most wins

Michaels is more than willing to blade, but I've never thought it was too much. And it's normally worked well into the match story-wide and within the psychology of the match.

In the case of last Monday they set it up with Edge & Orton taking turns with closed fists in the corner for about a minute.

I think it's fine when the storyline calls for it or when a certain move should cause blood, but it seems like he's gone to the blood card a little too often lately.

Speaking
of

It's good to see that someone is actually bleeding like a normal person would when they get elbows and punches to the head.
