However, Raquel Welch is on, she is 66, and she looks amazing. I know, there has probably been a ton of plastic surgery, but i find her rather sexy.</p>

It means the lifestyle people have at the age 60 today, is the type of lifestyle people had at the age 40 in the years past.&nbsp; It means that people are staying younger (in spirit), and in better shape longer than they used to.&nbsp; At least that's how I've always interpreted it.
