For red wine, I'd recommend Chilean "Casillero del Diablo." It's a good red wine that will run you no more than $10-$11 a bottle. Chile is up-and-coming in the wine industry, so they're competitively priced, but they pump out some quality red wines.

Liquor - Old Crow bourbon. It used to be $7 a bottle and was pretty darn good for the price. It may be more expensive now.

Beer - Keystone Light. I know, it's terribly hick/hayseed but it is good for cheap, watered-down American beer. Keystone Ice has a higher alcohol content, but I don't know if they make it anymore.

EDIT: Wow, they still do make Keystone Ice. And, its 5.9% alcohol. Made by Coors.

I cannot reccomend Gvori Vodka enough. It is simply amazing vodka for the price. The only problem is that I'm not sure if you can get it outside of SoCal. $11 for 750 mil of a vodka you can sip. I love it.

Well I'm 20 so everything needs to be cheap. Personally I keep with Natural Ice and any wine that comes in a box.
