Michael Stahan just got screwed big time. 50% of their joint marital assets plus 20% of his year income, plus chld support?Sounds like more then 70% of what he made.I just dont get it, how so many men get fucked like this. I have no problem with the 50% of their marital assets but that should be it. She didnt work while they were married,and will never have to work again, while he gets fucked up in the NFL. Plus he might only have 2 or 3 more years left so he will get beat up some more in the nfl then work after he retires, while she get manni's and pedi'sAfew months ago I called Kfed every name in the book and thought he was a piece of shit. Now I hope he get millions, custody of the kids and a huge alamony and child support payment. But that being said I feel bad for him and all men when it comes to shit like this. like I said I have no problem with a 50/50 split but it basically says she gets a 20% paycheck for being married to him every year they are married.

I'm not a fan of the ex-wifes/ ex-husbands getting anything after a divorce. If you made money during the marriage....take your money. If you didn't work....fuck off.The only thing I hate more than people who go after spousal support is people who don't pay child support.

this is really and outdated conceptin the past most women didnt work so if their husband left, they were fucked , especially if there was kids involvedbut now most women work, sometimes being more successful than their husbands, but thw women still get the benefit of the doubt, get the kids custody wise, get alimony, etc.but he's still the dumbass for signing the prenup in the first place
