he PMed me, I PMed him back. I am looking into this.

I really want everyone who orders a RF.Net t-shirt to be happy, so I will do whatever it takes to make RonFez.Net members happy to the best of my ability. This is the first time I've had someone have a problem with myradiostore.com and most people get their RF.Net t-shirts from myradiostore.com within 2 days.

I am sure that the T-shirts are great and that myradiostore.com is great....I just don't think they are setup very well to ship out of the states...everyone I talked to at the store was very friendly and nice...I have no complaints at all about the store..just the shipping could be cheaper and canadian friendly. Perhaps we should get an outlet up here so shipping charges are minimal. I know at least 5 people who would order t-shirts.....

PS. RON & FEZ and Opie and Anthony are HUGE here in canada......

Well that's good. It sounded like your problem might have been more with customs than the store anyway, but that's good they handled it all for you.

To be honest with you it looks like it was a computer glitch...because when I went through checkout it did not show me "overnight express" as the shipping..but somehow it was sent with the order....which may have started the confusion...But I am making another puchase today from myradiostore.com but I think I will do it over the ol' telephone....

It was a glitch in the system, as webpirate said, relating to Canadian shipping options. I'm glad we could work it out for you.

there are brokerage fees too...for anything over 20.00....that's why I think when I order my next t-shirts I will tell them to just mark a value of 5.00 and throw them in the mailbox with a few stamps.

Myradiostore.com is very out dated with their computer systems.
