I woke up today wanting eggs. I went to the fridge, and found 3 eggs, a stick of chedder/jack cheese, butter and a bottle of Dinosaur BBQ chipotle garlic pepper sauce. I friend the eggs and added the cheese and peppr sauce as it cooked. I sliced up a kiwi and layed it out on a plate and then the eggs after they cooked. Man was it good! Hit the spot, and now Im eating a banana for dessert.

Today I start my diet! No more bread, pasta, rice or sugars. Just fruit, veggies and meat.

It really had me worried, too. On my way to take my youngest son to Charlottesville, I had to hit the brakes to avoid having a HUGE vulture hit my windshield. To make matters worse, I stopped at a convenience store, and my total was $6.66. I was very careful driving home after that... in ZERO VISIBILITY FOG!!!

Me and the girl very slowly made it to Bob & Edith's Diner around noon. I ordered two eggs, homefries and toast. It was amazingly good in my hungover state. After I finished that I decided I was still hungry, so I ordered and egg and cheese sandwich, and more homefries. Then we went back to bed.
