DVD's of 16 Horsepower, Robyn Hitchcock, Rufus Wainwright, and the Andy Partridge Fuzzy Warbles box set, several items proclaiming that I own French Bulldogs, a Dunny toy inspired by the Shining, a Eugene Mirman CD, some Yoshitomo Nara tees, and some books- a lovely collection of crap.  Naturally, now I have to get in the car and have parties with people when all I really want to do is hole up with my new stuff.

rf.net seems to be running well again! that is a nice christmas gift.  I got pulled over on christmas eve and couldn't find my registration card or sticker and the sheriff told me it would be a $125 X 2 fine!  He told me to get my documents in order and have a safe holiday.  No Tickets or fines!  I got some clothes and a wallet and a new version of cranium (board game) from wife and kids.  i just enjoy watching the kids open their gifts and then helping my sone build his lego x wing was fun.  i had a nice christmas, but all the running around between relatives houses over the 8 hours gets old.  i want to start making it more centered around our house in the future.

-my parents gave me money to purchase my college books.  i almost peed my pants with glee.  My Da also gave me a dvd recorder/player/vhs combo unit thingamahoohoo.  I hugged it until we left.-i got a brita filtration system for the sink.  no more lugging 4 gallons of water up to my apartment every week (NoVA tap water is hazardous to your health and smells like dead hooker soaked in chlorine) (yes, i know what a dead hooker soaked in chlorine smells like from forensics lab)-got a set of kitchen shears to the gut.  thank the brita filter systems secure packaging for that.-had BF and his family dote on me (clothes, makeup from paris, scarf from argentina, parfume, wine, coffee from brazil, antique eqyptian jewelry, daymaker work lamp)-wrapped all of my BF's presents in paper then duct tape then put them in dog treat boxes or tampon boxes or prescription bags.  took pictures while filled with glee watching my poor BF open stuff.  It was worth it for him, he got a few 360 games, wii games, swiss backpack for his macbookpowerbooksomething fancydualinterface thingamahoohoo, tom waits deluxe box set on order (fuck you amazon) and he got me running around in my undergarments most the morning.-watching dog try to fit 5 toys in his mouth so my roomie's dog couldn't play with them was hysterical.

I didnt expect anything, or even ask for anything this year, but I am so happy about what I got, there wasnt one thing I cant use or LOVE this year. I dont know if anyone else does this, but we do scratch off lotto tickets in the cards too, and I won on mine and I was happy to know some family members won $$ on the tickets I gave out. I Had a good christmas, I was depressed about my birthday and other shit, but being with my crazy family and having a good dinner with them made me feel better.
