You forgot Navy Taps and Flair Chop.&nbsp; Navy Taps in my neighborhood were basically a knuckle-punch to the sternum that hurt like hell.&nbsp; I'd say that the Indian Burn hurts bad but of the choices given, an charlie horse/dead arm is worse.
