I call 911 today and tell them that there is a man down at my cousins building. He is not moving and there is a bunch of pills laying on the floor. He is just laying on the floor in the Muslim praying position. They tell me OK we will be there right away   Call time 12:51pm   They arrive                 2:08 PM  The guy gets up stumbles out and i have no idea what happened to him. The emergency response time in NYC is a fucking abomination. My cuz lives in the Bronx. I bet if this was Short Hills or other places like it, they would have showed up before i hung up the phone.

Hey,  Any time you call 911 you have to make it sound worst then what it is. That is the only way you can get a quick response.    911 is not perfect but their are area's of this country that still do not have 911..now that is fucking weird. See yA!!!

You live near Lehman College....one of the most under-rated schools in New York. Still you should move the hell out of the BX and buy something nice in Short Hills.
