Chimney Cleaning

<p>The the other day someone called me from a chimney cleaning place. they said it would be 30 dollars. They came and said they couldnt do it cause I left someone here to let them in. They also said there were other things wrong that they had to do. Is there anyway to get a chimney cleaning and not get fucked over?</p>
