He not only was one of the true founding fathers of modern day NFL, but he also was a founding father of soccer's MLS, and in the 80's, along with his brother, attempted to corner the world market in precious metals. That he died at 74 is a shock in the sense that this guy accomplished so much at a very early age, and continued that level of success right up until the end. Truly an amazing mo-fo.</font>&nbsp;<font size="2">He just got bad advice on his eyeglass frames right up until the end.</font>

He did a lot for football, but I remember the whole silver market thing back in the early 80's. He and his brother cause a shitload of problems with that deal.
