Yes that is why I have a L shaped desk and my home computer is in the corner part, and my work computer in the short part of the L. I do no personal stuff on my work computer anymore, which is glorious.

In a way, we already do this. we are given goals at the start of the quarter and they don't really care what we do as long as the numbers are met. Which is why I play golf at least twice a month (once a week if i can) in the summer and already have set three day weekends.
