What was your favorite?

For me, I was just glad to get any kind of nudity, however fleeting. I'm tooling around the internet right now and am in awe at the amount of depraved porn available at my fingertips. I'm imagining the party that my son's going to have for himself when he's older. For me, I remember waiting with bated breath for my parents to go to sleep so I could catch some quick glimpse of T&A on HBO. The softcore R-rated movies were always a godsend. They also had some interesting specials like Here It Is: Burlesque, or The Unexpurgated Benny Hill.

Good times. Good times.

(Let me know if I'm forgetting anything.)

Horrible picture quality, the transfer is hideous and the colors are all washed out...not coincidentally, they've only released that 1st season. I wonder when they'll get off their asses and fix shit up and release them all.

Fraggle Rock gets my vote because it's a Jim Henson product and anything Jim Henson kicks ass.

the Hitchhiker gets honorable mention because it was the source of my first naked breast.

1st & Ten, the complete 80 episode series, quietly showed up in the DVD racks at WalMart last year around this time. I don't think the price tag was even $20, so I went nutty & bought two copies, one for myself & one for Dear Old Dad for Christmas.

Fast forward to early January, my brother & I are hanging at my folk's house & we rip into Dad's DVDs because we spent 30 minutes quoting the old show, calling each other Bubba & Jethro, & remembering how good it was. We made it through 3 episodes before we took the DVD out & promised never to speak of it again.

I'm sure the production value got better as it went along. It had to since we both had such fond memories, but it's amazing that the show made it through the first three weeks without being canceled. Those episodes were brutal.

TALES FROM THE CRYPT! I love old horror comics, I love the Crypt Keeper's awful puns, I love the ep where the two brothers kill the ice-cream man who has a parasitic twin. LOVE IT.
