You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I have this neighbor whose teen son is into some kind of noise called "talking." I hear him doing it in his car, and the so called "conversation" cracks me up. Is it a gay thing? I never see him hanging with chicks? Can someone please tell me what's the story with this awful noise?
