If so this is great for when you use torrents and such.

Any information on how to use and or where to download it would be great.

http://www.buy.com/retail/Product.asp?sku=203173427&adid=17662

P.S.

Its officialy Thanksgiving.
I use PeerGuardian2. It's a piece of free software, just google it.

Basically what it does, it works as a secondary firewall to prevent IPs in a pre-loaded range to stop from connecting to you. This include IPs that are known to belong to the RIAA, the MPAA, movie and music companies, etc.

I don't usually have the HTML enabled because it can slow down browsing websites - I can use Adblock for stuff that really annoys me. I just mainly use it for torrents and P2P.
