<p>after what happened in the death metal thread let me start off by saying this thread or topic is NOT to start trouble. Now, after the other thread and looking up youtube, I put in your group name to see and hear your band. A ton of videos came up for unhallowed but something told me it might not be your unhallowed band. Because they didnt sound death metal'ish more heavy or rock. Anyway is this your group? If not how can you both be using&nbsp; the same name? Look into it because either your group or this group pwn the copyright, inc or trademarked the name unhallowed. <p>As stated, that's not Unhallowed.&nbsp; It's just a case of underground bands using the same name.</p><p>We own Unhallowed.com.&nbsp; We are the 1st band you get when you type our name in a search engine, I have no idea why these punk kids keep trying to steal our name.&nbsp; It's happened at least 4 times during the lifetime of our band, and each group dies off and breaks up.</p><p>I'm not worried although I reallly would like to copyright the name one day soon.</p>

I will be truthful with you. The beat and rythm is great, but once the singer starts to sing it looses me. I listen to all kinds of music and I love to hear all different musicians. But the vocals for me is too much. The first song has a great sound and if it was just rock or even heavy metal vocals I would prob really like it. Good luck with your band and dont sit on registering your trademark because you could lose. You dont need a lawyer just do a quick search for registering a trademark and copyrighting your name. You can do it online yourself and its not expensive. I have done it multiple times and its easy and cheap. I would look to see if I still have the links in my favorites.</p>

Yah, it really doesn't take much cash, just a hassle in terms of paperwork and time.&nbsp; I'm pretty sure that if you can prove you were using the name before these kids, which it seems will be easy, you'd win easily.&nbsp; Good luck.

<p>I have receipts for the domain name unhallowed.com for over 5 years and receipts from recording studios back even before that with our band name on it, if it came down to that.</p><p>But I don't think that means anything if one of these kids swoops in and just buys the rights to the name.&nbsp; It's been a worry of mine for years but we just never looked into it.&nbsp; I hope it's not too expensive.</p>

But Firefox (v1.5.0.8) is telling me I don't have the plugin which is weird because I'm sure the other day I heard something on someone else's myspace... THen when I click install missing plugin it says it's unknown.
