None.

I immediately know what I like and what I don't.

If it has to "grow on you" it's probably not any good.

If I thought they sucked at first, they still suck.

But what about bands you used to like, but now think suck?

I used to love Tom Petty. Then I saw him in concert, and he bored the shit out of me. Now I can't even listen to him on the radio

I hated Neil Young until I read a Rolling Stone interview about thirty years ago where he said he hated his voice and his songs were depressing. My thoughts exactly, so I gave him another shot and grew to appreciate his stuff. I was never a big Fleetwood Mac fan until a college roommate played them for me. Now I like them. (I know, I am old)

Bob Seger used to be great until radio played him to death, now I can't stand him.

Oh, yeah, never had much use for John Mayer either, until he came on Ron and Fez. How can you not like a guy like that?

Snow and Ugly Kid Joe. They just got too big and forgot who their fans were.

I hated Nirvana when they were at the height of their popularity.

I started liking them much more once Cobain was dead.

I used to like Green Day until they got political.

After that I realized what a lot of people had said about them all along and that's " every song is virtually the same "

So fuck'em

When I first started listening to country music in college back in the early 90's I liked Garth Brooks a lot.

Once he became huge and a cross-over kinda star he started to become lame and too cartoonish.

eminem, most of his popular songs is still a bit annoying to me but the rest of the shit you dont hear on the radio is fuckin great.

Tool. I love there stuff but I saw them live on Halloween a few years ago and it didn't do it for me. The show lacked energy and was geared for a more trippy almost dead head crowd. I guess I'm just more into the Opiate and Undertow stuff when the songs were faster and under 10 minutes.

I share the Tool hypothesis, but just because i'm sick of hearing the same album over and over again.

Strapping Young Lad and Oeth were two that I couldn't stand at first listen and learned to love. To be fair to both of them I heard really strange songs from both of them. These two are literlly one and two in my Ipod right now.

And I've gotta disagree with Moe, I heard Mastadon, dug 'em and then realized that I could NEVER remember a single one of their songs ten minutes after I listened to them, turned me on 'em for good.

Def Leppard - 'On Through the Night', 'High n Dry' and 'Pyromania' were great. Then their junk dropped off and they grew vaginas.

Lynryd Skynryd and southern rock in general. I used to HATE this stuff in
high school, mostly because I associated it with the rednecks who wanted
to beat me up on a daily basis for being a "punk rocker." But as I got older I
grew to appreciate this type of music and how it has influenced a lot of
other bands. I guess in general I grew up and learned that even if I don't
like a particular type of music I can appreciate it.

I can't think of any music that I've actively hated that I've changed my mind on. There's been stuff I've ignored and finally given a shot, but any act I've out and out hated. And there's plenty I have liked but ended up hating.
