Tmrw simulated terrorist attack

Tmrw where I live they are going to have a simulated terrorist attack, it will be on the army base but from what Im told it will have a effect on the whole community. IT kinda scares and makes think how this sorta thing could really happen. I think this is the first time I can think of that anything like this was done.
