You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

<p><font face="georgia,times new roman,times,serif" size="2">I&nbsp;brought this up in another thread because I recently got mine published when I thought they'd just toss it&nbsp;with me being the smart ass I am.&nbsp; T</font><font size="2"><font face="georgia,times new roman,times,serif">he usual updates are always so self-important about how grand and wonderful everyone's life is, how they're a senior partner at so-and-so, and are just back from spending the summer in the south of France where their 6-year-old was studying ancient greek, etc. etc. <br /><br />So I figured I'd finally send in an update, but would do it in my own terms. I never thought they'd print it. Not only did they print it, they printed it in big bold type at the front of the section as the &quot;update of the month.&quot;</font><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">&nbsp;</font></font></p><p><font face="Tahoma" size="2" /></p><p><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">Here's basically&nbsp;the idiotic shit I submitted:</font></p><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia; mso-bidi-font-family: 'times new roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'times new roman'; mso-ansi-language: en-us; mso-fareast-language: en-us; mso-bidi-language: ar-sa"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2">Spoon&nbsp;&rsquo;97 and girlfriend&nbsp;are pleased to announce their recent acquisition of a really nice four-slice toaster oven. &ldquo;Now that we&rsquo;ve been&nbsp;dating for&nbsp;a few&nbsp;years, and our dogs are getting older, we decided that it was time to say goodbye to the old two-slicer. We&rsquo;re really happy to be moving forward, and look forward to many years of toast together.&rdquo;</font></span></p>
