For me, it would have to be a toss-up between The History Channel and The Discovery Channel. I know that no matter what time of the day I turn on the t.v., if there's nothing else on, I'll be able to find something interesting on one of those channels. Oftentimes, I find myself having to choose between the two because they both have something interesting on at the same time.

On Discovery I'll watch any episode of Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs, American Chopper, Deadliest Catch and any number of specials. Practically anything on The History Channel is worthwhile. But then I'm a history buff, so I can see how some might be turned off by it. There's that old joke that it's really the Nazi/WWII Channel, but its been different lately. Take a look at Modern Marvels or History's Mysteries among many many others.

So what's your favorite channel that you find your clicker finger gravitating towards? And the first wiseguy that says Lifetime gets a throat-punch from me. Lifetime = occular cancer and is blocked on my cable box.

I watch the History Channel the most, but the one that has the shows that I most look forward to, is FX.

FX all the way! The Shield, Nip/Tuck and Rescue Me are my favorite shows.
Next up would have to be Discovery Health with all the hideous medical
affiction shows.

Court TV.

I'm cuckoo for "Forensic Files."
