Every Day game: a game that is fun on a daily basis. A game that you look forward to blowing a few hours on extremely frequently. A game that doesn't get old no matter how long you play it.

The last Every Day Game I played was Rainbow Six 3. I used to play that game until the sun came up almost every single day and never got tired of it. If it wasn't for Black Arrow comming out and killing the franchise I'd probably still be playing that game daily.

So what do you think the next every day game will be? Gears of War? Call of Duty 3? Halo 3? Splinter Cell DA? (FPS fan... big time)

What games that are out now that are entertaining enough to fire up on a nightly basis?

I've been out of the loop pretty much since the 360 has come out. I'm just looking to see what you guys think.

I keep getting reports that Rainbow Six Vegas is unbelievable in the demo. It won't mean shit if the multiplayer component sucks, but I hear good things about the single player.

I feel like a nerd but I love Baseball Mogul 2007. It is the stupidest game but I play it all the time. You can download the demo at sportsmogul.com.

You are such a nerd. I played Madden everyday until the god damned thing broke! Fucking Microsoft, fucking EA Sports, fucking dust in my X-Box, fucking 5 year old that scatched my disc, fucking wife that might have scratched my disc because I played too much...

I played madden everyday until I realized the awesomeness of kicking real people's asses all over the globe. I think Madden can be played online now, but I played pro football and now I just feel burnt out. (I had a contract with the lions after combine results came in and was cut before the ink was dry, never met the team and played arena football in the NIFL).

I'd much rather cut people down with modern weaponry than play sports online these days.

i just got Gears of War. It takes a while to learn, but it is amazing. Its a good balance between a tacticle shooter like GRAW and an action shooter like Halo.

When I'm home different nights during the week I'll play Dawn of War:Dark Crusade for the PC. Oh my FUCKING GOD is this game FUN as SHIT! It's based on the Warhammer 40,000 table top game that a few D&D types might be familiar with. I don't have the time, energy, money or patience to buy 2" tall models, paint them all then drag them down to a Hobby store to play the game. Good part about the game is you just turn it on and go. You take control of one of the many races in the game, then buttfuck your enemies into submission with wave after wave of your troops, mech units and other assaults.

Great game all around. Only problem is you need a fairly good system to run it.

A quick game I found recently thanks to Wackbag was Clubhouse Games for the Nintendo DS. It has like 30 games loaded in it ranging from boring poker shit to bowling, darts, billards, rummy and more. SOme board games. You can even take it online with the DS's ability to connect wirelessly to a router. I say if you have a DS, pick it up. For the 30 bucks you'll spend you will gain like 30 games.
