Ebay Ripped Me Off

I was in a sale that i won and two days later the seller was suspended and no longer a member of Ebay after i paid him. WTF!!!

Sounds like he was suspended and kicked off, because he was ripping other people off. There probably isn't anything you can do, but contact Ebay anyway. You never know. The guy might get caught by the law, and Ebay can be your source for being part of any future law suites. I wish you luck, but you're probably screwed. Make sure you report it, though.

Paypal dude was real cool, he wants me to get my money back. My fing bank could care less. He was selling 8 gig usb flash sticks. i paid 96 bucks that really wouldn't hurt that much , except my car was just towed for 146 bucks. I blew the bucks on ebay just to feel better.

I got screwed once on Ebay, It was ummm, "adult videos", and the guy never responded to my emails, and never sent the product. Nobody ever really got back to me, and I felt like an asshole for buying such a sinful item on ebay, needless to say I will never get anything like that on ebay again! Adult shops all the way!!!

<p><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2">I've been buying from eBay for 6 or 7 years now and have only had one bad experience.</font></p><p><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2">There are to key things to keep in mind when buying there. </font></p><p><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2">First, look at their eBay rating and checkout the reason for any negative feedbacks. If there are alot of problems with non response or non shipping, avoid them. If they have a rating of less than 99% I don't deal with them.</font></p><p><font face="times new roman,times,serif" size="2">The second thind is to always pay with paypal. Since paypal was&nbsp;bought by eBay a couple of years ago, there are many more protections for the buyers.</font></p>

<p>I've never used the service and I never plan to. I'm sure there are a lot of respectable people who sell stuff there, but I just cannot bring myself to trust that some stranger will actually give me what I want after I've given them the money. Too much of a risk as far as I'm concerned. </p>
