No one does
Yeah, I know. The BCS is a lazy shiftabout ne'er-do-well. I'm amazed he can get a minimum wage job down at Wendy's.<br />

<p>I got you the answer from Wikipedia. You can thank me later:</p><p><strong>BCS theory</strong> (named for its creators, <a title="John Bardeen" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/John_Bardeen">Bardeen</a>, <a title="Leon Neil Cooper" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Leon_Neil_Cooper">Cooper</a>, and <a title="John Robert Schrieffer" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/John_Robert_Schrieffer">Schrieffer</a>) explains <a title="Conventional superconductor" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Conventional_superconductor">conventional superconductivity</a>, the ability of certain <a title="Metal" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Metal">metals</a> at low <a title="Temperature" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Temperature">temperatures</a> to conduct <a title="Electricity" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Electricity">electricity</a> without <a title="Electrical resistance" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Electrical_resistance">electrical resistance</a>. BCS theory views <a title="Superconductivity" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Superconductivity">superconductivity</a> as a macroscopic <a title="Quantum mechanics" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Quantum_mechanics">quantum mechanical</a> effect. It proposes that <a title="Electron" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Electron">electrons</a> with opposite <a title="Spin (physics)" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Spin_(physics)">spin</a> can become paired, forming <em><a title="Cooper pair" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Cooper_pair">Cooper pairs</a></em>. Independently and at the same time, superconductivity phenomenon was explained by <a title="Nikolay Bogoliubov" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Nikolay_Bogoliubov">Nikolay Bogoliubov</a> by means of the so-called <a title="Bogoliubov transformation" href="http://www.ronfez.net/wiki/Bogoliubov_transformation">Bogoliubov transformations</a>.</p>

<p>Its a lot like the RPI in college baskeball, which is kept
supersecret, and yet, no one seems to complain about at all ( like when
Maryland has an RPI in the 20s, goes 8-8 in the ACC and yet Air Force
makes the tourney instead as an at large for some reason, or when
Hofstra beats Mason twice in the last week of the season, yet Mason
makes the tourney and Hofstra doesn't)</p><p> </p><p>But
basically, its the best system we're going to get for college
football. Stop complaing about playoffs, because youre NEVER
going to get them in CFB...the College Presidents and the small
universities make too much money off of the bowl games </p><p> </p><p>And
it usually works...there's only been maybe 1 or 2 times where the best
two teams really didn't play each other (Auburn should have been in in
03...it should be written into the by laws that if you run the table in
the SEC, your berth is automatic in the title game) </p>

Just minor league football if you will. And then one day I was drivin' in my car and I turned on the radio and I heard the Reverend Earl Douglas. <p>now why is that when the SEC tends to just play themselves for most of the time and their out of conference schedule is pretty damn weak? Why cant SEC go around and play Big East, Big Ten, Pac 10? </p><p>Just because SEC teams have good records and look good playing against one another doesnt mean they are the best, this goes for every freaking team, every team has weak ass non conference schedules.</p><p>and yes even my irish have weak ass schedule towards the end, Michigan was good, we lost, PSU was ranked when we played them, GT was ranked like 27th and we barely won, and then lots of non ranked teams then USC.</p><p>There is no team that just schedules good games, conferences suck. </p>
