I had a Members Only jacket for about two months. My psycho wife (at the time) saw a friend's car in the driveway and thought it was a chicks. She shredded the jacket with a butcher knife, and accidentally stabbed herself in the thigh in the process. The emergency room people were sure I stabbed her.Good times.

Holy shit what a fucked up situation...  How did you explain it, did she go with the story? She could have put in you jail, scary.  She told them she cut herself while sharpening the knife. Sorry to bump and old thread, but this cracked me up. An old friend, who was the guy who's car was in my driveway during the "incident", found me on Facebook and added me. This is what I posted on his "wall".

Hey, Dave! I haven't seen you since my crazy ex wife stabbed her own leg while shredding my jacket with a butcher knife. Ah.... Good times!

Didn't have the Members Only jacket. In the early 80s I had Capezios and cargo or parachute pants. The popular colognes were Polo, Drakkar, and Obsession. By the mid-80s I was wearing creepers. But I had a mullet.
