<p>I came across <a href="http://members.optushome.com.au/intabits/HowAndWhy.htm" target="_self">this</a> Web site the other day and it brought back memories. </p><p>Did any of you have these as a kid? They were published in the 60s. We had about a dozen of them.</p><p><img width="200" height="269" border="0" src="http://members.optusnet.com.au/intabits/HAW5025-S.jpg" /> </p>
<p>Holy shit is this a long forgotten memory! </p><p>What a find, Alice!</p><p>I had dozens of these, too. </p><p>The dinosaur one was a constant companion of mine when I was a wee lad. </p><p> </p><p><img border="0" src="http://members.optushome.com.au/intabits/HAW5001-S.jpg" /></p><p> </p><p> </p>

<p>"The Moon" was my favorite. My grandmother was a teacher and had several copies at her house. I would read them over and over again every summer when we would visit (there wasn't much else to do on a rural Missouri farm).</p><p><img height="267" src="http://members.optusnet.com.au/intabits/HAW5048-S.jpg" width="200" border="0" /></p>

<p>When I was 10, I got the Birds book from my friend Brian while I was in the hospital. I remember the cover like it was just yesterday. </p><p> </p>

I remember these! I had the Dinosaurs one, the Moon, Ants and Bees and
Wild Animals. These books were great. Makes me want to dig in my parent's
attic and find them again.
<p>I wonder if this one will be reissued:</p><p><img height="267" src="http://members.optushome.com.au/intabits/HAWUK574-S.jpg" width="200" border="0" /></p>
