I came across this Web site the other day and it brought back memories.

Did any of you have these as a kid? They were published in the 60s. We had about a dozen of them.

Holy shit is this a long forgotten memory!

What a find, Alice!

I had dozens of these, too.

The dinosaur one was a constant companion of mine when I was a wee lad.

"The Moon" was my favorite. My grandmother was a teacher and had several copies at her house. I would read them over and over again every summer when we would visit (there wasn't much else to do on a rural Missouri farm).

When I was 10, I got the Birds book from my friend Brian while I was in the hospital. I remember the cover like it was just yesterday.

I remember these! I had the Dinosaurs one, the Moon, Ants and Bees and
Wild Animals. These books were great. Makes me want to dig in my parent's
attic and find them again.
