Taking Care of Bin Laden- Serious

ok we've had the goofy torture threads, we had the outlandish ideas, the silly "let's cut off his balls", the let's feed him pork, etc.

Anyway I'd like to get serious. What should we do with Bin Laden. If the CIA find him should they shoot him on site, should he be brought back to the States- if so how and what should happen to him here, should his death be recorded.

And I expect a bunch of stupid answers might come with it. A bunch of patriotic responses as well. But in all earnesty, what do you think we should do to him?

I know if I was over there right now and it turns out I had Bin Laden in my site, I would shoot to kill. I know killing him wouldn;t solve all our problems, but it would be a damn good start.

If you kill him, he becomes a hero to the other lunatics. If you bring him here for trial, to rot in jail you open the door for more terrrosts acts. My guess is either kill him and not let on that he is dead. Make it look as if he is hiding like a coward. Or, kill him and fake a suicide note that he wrote that condemns himself for what he did and just make him look like coward and not a martyr.

I sincerely hope that he does not get put on trial here. We will look like massive pusses. I doubt that any extraction of him will be bloodless, and he would likely be killed in the process.

Much like police killing suspects who were "escaping" (How many cops does it take to push a rapist down some stairs? None, he slipped.), I don't expect any American soldier who gets him in his sights to miss.

Obviously he won't be publically tortured or forced to meet the victims of his plots, but somehow we need to make an example to make people think twice. I'm sure if Russia or Israel had been attacked, they would be killing his family members and their pets. Why can't we get down and dirty sometimes?

I am getting worried about this war...I think I was listening too much to Matt Drudge last night, but still we have not caught anyone or executed anyone in Afghanistan directly related to the bombings in NYC...And I heard some government source say Bin Laden may get away. Is this going to be a repeat of the Gulf War? I hope not!!! Instead of worrying what we would do if we got him, we NEED TO GET HIM FIRST! I am not overly paranoid, am I?
