It's funny you started this thread, cuz I did the exact same thing about a week ago. I dusted it off, plugged it in and started playing Mario Kart 64. I've also been enjoying Pilotwings 64, GoldenEye, StarFox 64, and Goemon's Great Adventure.
As a whole, N64 pretty much sucked.

I can honestly say that every wrestling game I've played since No Mercy has been a disapointment. (With the exception of Def Jam Fight for New York if you consider it a wrestling game)

My xbox HD has atari 2600, colecovision, NES, SNES, N64, NeoGeo, Genesis, Saturn, and PS1 games on it. Old games are really small and you can fit thousands of them on the xbox hard drive. They are also the easiest games to get copies of on the internet. If you hit a torrent site, you can get a 1gig archive of over a 1000 NES games.

You can do the same thing with a PSP without buying anything with the bonus that it is portable!

P.S. If you get the xbox mod chip, you can play games burned to a CD. Instead, I copy the files to the xbox hard drive over my home network. The games run faster and you don't have a thousand cd's laying around that are of no use anymore.

If you like RPGs and have lots of time to kill, I suggest Ogrebattle: Persons of Lordly Caliber.

You pick up lots of characters, mold them to your liking and form Units to go to battle with. Very fun.
