<p>They both suck. You can speculate on what would/could&nbsp;have happened for all of those situations, but never REALLY know what would have come about if you acted differently. It's a no-win situation.</p>

But at least with regretting something you did do, a lot of times you can go back and fix it.&nbsp; With something you didnt do, its usually a one time opportunity that you're regretting.<br />

I can say I've never regretted asking a woman out, no matter whether she said yes or no. I've often regretted NOT asking, and that will bug me forever. AS far as doing things that hurt someone's feelings, you cant control how other will react, so you just deal with it and move on. <br /></p><p>But the answer in both cases is the same.
