Simply, who made an impact on your life? Preferably a non family member.

Gene Wilder had a huge impact on me. I watched Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and wanted to act so bad after watching Gene Wilder. Since I saw the movie, I've been in over 25 stage performances and it's been such a liberating experience for me.

Neil Cavuto of the fox news channel also has impacted me. Not his business show or anything, but what he's gone through in his life. First beign diagnosed with cancer and battling that. Then getting diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, which I share with him.

Joe Strummer of The Clash, Nick Hornby (author of High Fidelity), and Edgar Allen Poe all made me want to write. Strummer's lyrics were absolute poetry, Hornby's High Fidelity struck me in such a moving way, and Poe's dark imagery excited my senses. I strive to write as well as them some day. I guess I have awhile to go.
