<p>This is happening everywhere.&nbsp; It's just most prominent in NYC.&nbsp; They have been building condos all over morris county and they are all million dollar luxury pieces of shit.</p><p>When I went on spring break in Panama City in 03 the hotel was being closed after the season, knocked down, and replaced with luxury condos.&nbsp; </p><p>Where I went to school they are knocking down the beach bungalos that students used to live in and are replacing them with... LUXURY HOUSING!</p>
