" height="10" border="0"> --></td></tr></table><!-- Component: NYDailyNews : component/story/picture.comp --><span class="bodytext">Hollywood is coming to New York to look for some hot moms. <p>Thanks to shows like "Desperate Housewives," sex and motherhood have become as intertwined in the popular culture as mom and apple pie - spurring a group of TV producers to search for "America's Hottest Mom." </p><p>But one of the producers, Jeff Greenfield, said the reality TV show isn't interested in just Playboy playmate material. </p><p>"What we want to know is how is it they're able to take care of their family, take care of their kids, work and find some time to take care of themselves as well," said Greenfield, executive vice president of the Buzznation production company. "It just so happens that a lot of those moms look damn good, too." </p><p>Mothers who are U.S. citizens aged 18 to 60 are eligible to compete. </p><p>The show is yet to be sold to a network, but Greenfield is confident he'll have no problem getting it on TV next spring. </p><p>Tryouts will be held in New York on Saturday at 8 a.m. at the Shelter Studios on 939 8th Ave., between 55th and 56th Sts. </p><p>In 20 seconds or less, candidates will be asked why they're "America's Hottest Mom," Greenfield said. Mothers are also encouraged to show off any talents they have. </p><p>"Any talent is great, but most importantly if it's a talent they do that gives them a lot of enjoyment, that's something that helps them either keep their heads straight or helps keep them in great shape," Greenfield said. "If there's a mom out there who belly dances, we'd love to meet her." </p><p>Greenfield said 10 contestants from six regions, including the greater Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Dallas and Atlanta areas, will be selected for the show. </p><p>The winner will receive a $25,000 cash prize - plus a $25,000 college scholarship for their children.
