~ Best Posting Year Poll ~

I know this one is a really tough question and may take some research, but which year has produced the best posters based on sign-up date?  And don't just base it on your own sign-up date, but look at the crew that's still here from each year (of course 2006 will have a ton but will they have staying power?) and base you decission on that.  Give some reasons why you picked what you did as well.  Should be fun.  Old crew, new crew, or hell the best is yet to come?

<p>I gotta go with 2001 also, if only because it was the birth of this place and it was growing day by day.&nbsp; It was also when we first got to meet each other face to face and put faces to the wacky screen names.&nbsp; </p><p>Since then the board has had its ups and downs but always seems to rebound spectacularly.&nbsp; Something about the Ron and Fez show attracts the coolest people as listeners.&nbsp;</p>

01 this place was back and yellow then like wnew logo. fuckin classic plus it was the dot com days whle i wont ever say those were the best times, thats when i first heard the boys...

<p>Well, no one seemed to be voting 2004 so I put a token one in.</p><p>I know that a number of people I enjoyed seeing post joined before then, but it seemed that there were a lot of great threads and posts then.&nbsp; </p><p>I know it was during the DC days which frustrated a lot of people, but I honestly think that because there seemed to be a lot of turmoil regarding the show it spurred some interesting topics.&nbsp; I also think that with a lot of listeners tuning in on tape delayed broadcasts more time was spent by folks cruising the boards and posting.</p><p>Plus that's when rockoutwithyacockout had his first tranny experience.&nbsp; It's always bittersweet watching the kids grow up.</p>

<p>I'm totally with Gvac on his comments.&nbsp; 2001 was when a lot of us signed up, but it was also when the first big events happened (the bar crawls after 9/11) and once everyone started meeting it was all like one giant drunk but awesomely fun drama fest.</p><p>&nbsp;We all got distracted with &quot;lives&quot; , but we're better now and we're back for more punishment.&nbsp; <br /></p>
