A freind of mine went away for a weekend and when he returned he has been

nagging the hell out of me to go on this weekend. He claims it was an amazing

experience and it "changed his life". He has a "eye of the tiger" look about him.

Has anyone heard of or know anyone who went on this weekend?

its called the Sterling Weekend - from the Sterling Institute of Relationship.

It seems to me your friend had some self confidence issues and just needed someone to tell him "Hey man, you're A-OK!"

It's an easy way to make money off people.
