Look, I think everyone probably thinks that Junior is guilty of these crimes, but the prosecution has had three chances to make a case and apparently is incapable of getting the job done. This is turning into a freakish perversion of our justice system.

Comments, anyone?

http://www.cnn.com/2006/LAW/09/26/gotti.retrial.ap/index.html

Gotti, Jr innocent. just like we all thought.

god bless him and his family as they celebrate the clearing of their families good name. i hope this witch hunt is over and now this man go on about his life.

I hope this finally sinks in to everybody's head - there's no such thing as the "mafia." It's a creation of Hollywood and the media.

Now if you'll excuse me, I gotta go take care of this thing for my Uncle Giuseppe.

The fact that he owed money to some people had nothing to do with it!

1. It was John Gotti Sr. who was involved with the plumbing business.

2. The government will not stop until Jr. is put back in jail - regardless of the fact that he pleaded guilty to charges about 10 years ago - and already served time.

3. John Gotti Sr. was finally convicted after the feds used illegal wiretaps (this is documented) and got Sammy the Bull (who confessed openly to 18 murders) to testify. They put an old man in jail - and let a young murderer loose!

Leo Glassier was/is the toughest judge when it came to these types of trails. they also made it so that Gottis Sr could not have his usual legal eagle defend him.

The most infamous story (I'll make it short) is how he was the 2nd bidder on a construction contract and wanted to kill the 1st bidder just so he would get the job!
