I was going through my gf's CDs the other day when I found the soundtrack to 'free to be... you and me.' Does anyone else remember this, the special or the album? I vaguely remember this from my childhood. mostly Rosie Greer singing about it being alright to cry sticks in my head.

Its a shame that kids today don't get albums like this or Really Rosie anymore.

Did Rosie do a duet on this album with Ray Milland?

My 5 year old has that CD. She loves it.

Damn you, Hippie.

Now that song is stuck in my head after being buried there for eons.

I hope you're happy now.

"There's a land that I see, where the children are free, and I think it's not far, to this land from where we are . . ."

Now you're just taunting me.

I demand this thread be deleted immediately before I suffer further mental anguish, pain, and suffering.

ugh...i hate this album. my nieces love it right now. i have 3 older sisters and it brings back nightmares of them singing this every night or making me play the dog in the How much is that Doggie in the window song. the worst is the song about the boy liking a doll. it sounds like Mel Brooks telling the story.
