question about strategy games for PS2

<p>do they make any strategy games like age of empires, empire earth, etc.&nbsp;for the PS2 ???</p><p>for some reason i hate playing games of any kind on the computer, i just have to play them on some kind of console</p><p>i know that some will say final fantasy but i never liked that series</p>

<p>yeah age of empire 2 is on ps2 and google gets you more all you had ot do is search strategy games for ps2<br />

You guys know that Madden is out right?<br /><p>i bought and played every madden game since the first until madden 06, while the graphics and gameplay&nbsp;got better, and they added a few extras in the game, it's still just playing football </p><p>and i usually get madden when it first comes out, play it for a month or two and then never touch it again, then repeat the process when the next game comes out</p>

Unfortunately, I don't play them because I prefer the cmouse and keyboard for those, but I think there's a version of Command and Conquer for PS2. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Yeah, what he said.&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>On the PS2 you will have a huge selection of turn based strategy games, not only the Japanese style RPGs like Final Fantasy but great tactical style grid combat games with 60+ hours of gameplay and near infinite levels if you dig deep into them,&nbsp; but when it comes to real time strategy games you will be very limited to what you can get.&nbsp; The PS2 controller is not really made for RTSs and the lack of titles show it.&nbsp; But if you want to get into turn based strategy games that operate on a much smaller scale, like individual battles with individual characters, then you will be blown away with the amount of choices.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
