There's too many John Mayers as it is. </p><p>i'm still keeping my guitars and i have a marshall combo(30watt) and peavey 410(60 watt) and the Boss GT-6 pedal which has most effects i care to use... i even have a 50watt peavey bass amp and ibanez bass(cheap but plays really nice) to mess around with</p><p>guess i've done enough hosting jams and seeing too many "form a band" trys go awry. i'm just gonna chill and just sit and play when the feeling strikes me...</p><p> </p>

How old is the Tube-Screamer? If it is vintage, it's worth way more than $50.

If it is vintage, it's worth way more than $50. <p>it's not the vintage one. i actually bought that about 2 years ago after Gvac endorsed it on one of the threads. when i starting looking up info on the pedal i remember there were people offering to work on the new model to give it the specs and internal workings of the vintage model for a few bucks</p><p>honestly i never got comfortable with it and always fell back to the GT-6 being i had a group of 8 effects programmed that served the sounds i needed for the tunes we were playing...</p>
