<p>Tho&nbsp;i rarely watch Letterman anymore, i am a fan, and he was one of the relatively early,few network somewhat-irony-against-the-media-machiners, at least for an 80s&nbsp;H.S.er&nbsp; like me.</p><p>I will be watching Aug-31 when O+A are scheduled (go boys!), iirc, the issue is&nbsp;the corporate alignements?........any rumors/chance that R+F will get a shot ?(local and&nbsp;viewer fit...)&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

Something tells me it would have been more entertaining to see him yelling than say... tossing a ball in a tank of water (I sometimes forget why I don't watch much network tv...)<br />

<p>I guess it's not just me. </p><p>I don't watch Dave much anymore--even though I never missed his show in the 80s. I think&nbsp;his move to CBS and&nbsp;the overreacting, laugh-at-everything audience turned me off.</p>
