I've also seen a classic clip where Howard Cosell was drunk while calling a Monday Night Football game in Philadelphia but I can't find it on the web right now. He supposedly threw up on Dandy Don Merideth's cowboy boots during a commercial break.

Tommy Lee was on Jimmy Kimmy once. I think he was promoting his book TOMMYLAND.

He was TWEAKING. Just watching it made me itchy. He was all curled up in the chair and rocking back and forth really quickly. Licking his lips constantly and, he very "overwhelmed" at the surroundings. As if, after 2 mins, he suddenly noticed that there was a live audience. Jimmy was having fun with it.

Good times.

Cosell had food poisoning that night, he wasn't drunk. According to Dave it was a bad crabcake
I remember the Crispin Glover one. I still think it was just a bit. He's weird like that.
