I've been downloading OTR for awhile now and burning them to disc for my dad...The Shadow, Nick Marlowe, Amos and Andy.....he loves them.....and that makes me happy.....so to hell with you!!!!!!<br />

These shows are great. I like listening to local public radio on Sunday nights--they
play Gunsmoke, Johnny Dollar, Lum and Abner among others. Plus commercials
from the time they aired.

<p>One of the reasons i got XM was for the old-time-radio station (for longer drives...)</p><p>I didn't even know that 202 existed!.....Now i'm mostly listening to R+N and&nbsp;O+A, but still enjoy the otr station.</p><p>BTW-i don't have them offhand, but (as most of you seem to already know),there are several sites with downloadable shows.</p>

A couple of years ago, I bought a 10 or 11 cd set full of mp3's of Jean's programs through the years. Hundreds of hours worth of stuff. I grab all his broadcasts that I can. No one could tell a story and make it seem real like Shep did. The other show I loved was Bob and Ray on WOR in the 70's. I'm trying to find their late 40's/early 50's &quot;Matinee with Bob andRay&quot; shows from WHDH in Boston. They are great radio! I have a few of them, but if anyone knows where I can find more please let me know!<br /><p>&nbsp;</p>
