Anthony always seems to know what Ron and Fez are up to . He's the one to bring up things about Ron and Fez on O and A. I never recall Opie saying "I heard Ron and Fez yesterday and..." Do you think Opie listens or is he too busy with whats goin on with his own show?

Opie always knows what the boys are talking about because they're using his bits

I remember Op giving R&F major props during the David Blaine underwater stunt. He called their take on the whole thing "brilliant." He's a fan.

Remember, Anthony commutes home during the R&F show, so he's spending an hour or so in his car going to Long Island. Opie just rollerblades across central park to get home. The commute difference gives Anthony more opportunity to listen on a more regular basis, but all the members of the O&A show (including Jimmy) are fans.

The fact that Ron and Fez are on XM radio is a testament that both Opie and Anthony are fans. XM has a tight budget and the fact that they sprung for ron and fez show that OnA were campaigning for them...atleast to me.

Personally, I only truly respect anthony's sense of humor (out of Opie, anthony and norton). The fact that anthony, listens to, calls, and compliments (and complements, ARF) the show is enough of an affirmation to me.

i think Opie hates R&F. i think he stays up at night and thinks of ways to screw them over. that bastard. he is so smug with his hot girlfriend. i bet he mocks fez to her.

I think Opie is a fan, but he just doesn't want to tread on their show and let R&F do their thing. Anthony can come in and chime in with some quick jokes, but remember Opie is more of a "straight man" and he needs to build up steam, which could step on the toes on R&F.

Although Opie on some of the AFRO shows were classic,

Opie seems like he's a little more self-centered and has a busier life than Anthony...
he listens on his myfi while rollerblading through the meat-packing district. backwards.

What about the time that Opie was in the studio with John Edwards and the Boys? I mean really no one seems to remember that one.

I don't believe Opie listens. He's too self-obsessed and worried about promoting his own show. I used to listen to O&A every day, but the blatant self-promotion turned me off.

Opie does listen, because if you listen to the show, occasionally he'll mention listening to the show.
