I'm looking for a site I can just download MP3 into my inno and I can't download programs on my work computer here (no yahoo music, itunes, etc.).

I found this site which appears to have $0.10 tracks and $1 albums to download, and they seem to have everything...but went through the process and got to the credit card part...(which i'm always worried about putting anywhere).

It has the lock on the browser and looks legit..but it had "please add $34.95 US dollars or $694 RUBIS, translated from the Bank of Russia."

ironically, i guess dwight from the office was right when he said there was a russian site to download songs for $0.10 each...they have everything from U2 to the new Tom Petty...I'm thinking I could get 2,000 songs for $20 "US Dollars" @ $0.10 a pop...

(a) has anyone seen this?
(b) does it look legit?
(c) "this is ...this is legal isn't it?"

you can download from the Russian sites without any problems... they say they have permission, but the RIAA has been trying to shut them down without any luck. Because they're based in Russia where there's a loophole in copyright law, they're able to run their operation legally there.

Get a credit card with a $250 limit or something like that. Use
that for questionable sites. If things go well for a few months
or so, switch to your regular credit card, and pay off the other
one. Save it for next iffy situation.
